Once we received the returned item, please allow us at least 3 business days for processing. This includes inspecting the package, inspecting the product(s), and processing necessary forums and steps of action to insure we can properly refund you. You will receive a notification email once your return has been reviewed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note that you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
